Obligations law

We assist clients in resolving disputes arising from contracts, from drafting and submitting claims to the conclusion of court disputes. We help choose and implement the legal remedy that best serves the client's interests.

We also advise on non-contractual obligations, such as cases involving damage, management of affairs without mandate, and unjust enrichment. In criminal cases involving delictual claims where a civil claim has been or needs to be filed, we help shape the client's position in cooperation with lawyers from different fields.

We represent clients in pre-court negotiations and, if unsuccessful, prepare all necessary documents for court proceedings. We represent clients in all court instances.
